We met an American family at the Viking Festival last weekend, and had dinner at their house last night. They live on the grounds of the University of Bergen's
Arboretum and Botanical Gardens. It's an amazing, beautiful place, and they're a super nice family.

| As we walked through the grounds, Harmony (the mom) told me about different edible weeds and their health benefits. My favorite was sour grass. That may be what I'm chewing on in this photo (I don't remember). |
